We are very proud of our state of the art collision center that boasts 55,000sq.ft. of working area, and a team of 28 staff members who strive to provide our customers with the highest quality repairs and customer service.
In order to perform the best quality repair expediently, our facility utilizes 2 Chief Velocity Laser Measuring Systems one on a 10 ton Chief frame rack and also one on a 25 ton Chief frame rack, 4 Down Draft Spray Booths with full heating capacity, a Hunter DSP 600 Alignment Rack, 5 paint prep areas, 6 vehicle lifts dedicated to estimating and suspension related work. We are proud to announce that we use waterborn paint technology which is safer and environmentally friendly. Banks Collision Center is prepared to handle all mechanical aspects of repair as well with our own in-house mechanical department.
All vehicles are cleaned and checked in upon arrival before any repairs begin. After the repairs are completed, vehicles are then cleaned on the interior and exterior prior to final quality control check. We track and control our production and cycle times using the Summit Management System which links all of our computers keeping us organized and on schedule.
Along with our GM certified, ASA certified and I-Car trained technicians, our advisors and administrative staff prides themselves on working as a team to get the job done while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Banks Collision Center has recently added a tow service which allows our customers to have their vehicle towed directly to our shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also have a long time relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and have a representative onsite daily to assist customers with their rental needs.
